Poliamid-6 türü Mühendislik Polimerinin Dolgulu Kaya Saplaması Malzemesi olarak Kullanılabilirliği

Abstract
Bu çalışmada Poliamid-6 türü mühendislik polimerlerinin yeni kaya saplama malzemeleri olarak kullanılabilirliği laboratuvar ve
arazi ölçekli deneysel çalışmalar ile incelenmiştir. Dolgulu kaya saplaması malzemesi olarak tahkimat özellikleri test edilen Poliamid-6
türü mühendislik polimerlerinin yüksek gövde dayanımı, yüksek elastik deformasyon limiti ve yüksek enerji emme kapasitesine
sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çimento dolgu içerisindeki düşük aderansı sebebi ile enjeksiyonu kırmadan uzayabilen poliamid
saplamaların taşıma kapasitesinin önemli ölçüde saplama ucundaki mekanik ankraja bağlı olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın
çıktısı olarak, dolgulu saplama uygulamalarına yönelik ucu kancalı poliamid saplamalar geliştirilmiştir. Statik ve dinamik yükler
altında ideal tahkimat reaksiyonları sergilemekte olan Poliamid-6 saplamaların kaya mühendisliğinde sistematik uygulamalarının
başlatılması önerilmiştir. Özellikle, tahkimat basıncında azalma olmaksızın yüksek deformasyona müsaade edilmesi istenen kaya
sıkışması, kil şişmesi ve kaya patlaması gibi problemlerin yaşandığı kaya kütleleri içerisinde poliamid saplamaların ekonomik
olarak kullanılabileceği belirlenmiştir.
