Epileptik Nöbet Sonrası Vertebra Kırık Sıklığı

Öz
Amaç: Epileptik nöbet sonrası gelişen omurga kırıklarının görülme ve yerleşim yeri sıklığı
sonuçlarımızı sunmak.
Yöntem: Bu çalışma Ocak 2010-Mayıs 2014 tarihleri arasında epileptik nöbet sonrası
travmaya bağlı vertebra kırığı olan, üç merkezdeki hastaların (N=340) kayıtlarının retrospektif
olarak incelenmesi ile yapıldı. Çalışmaya epileptik nöbet sonrası nörolojik ve radyolojik
muayenelerine göre omurga kırığı tanısı olan hastalar dahil edildi.
Bulgular: Vertebra kırığı tespit edilen 40 hastanın 8’sinin servikal bölgede kırığı vardı:
bunların da 2’sinde korpus kırığı, 6’inde hasta spinöz proseslerinde kırık tespit edildi. Torakal
bölgede toplamda 17 hastanın 13’ünde korpus kırığı ve 4’ünde spinöz proseslerinde kırığı
tespit edilirdi. Lomber bölgede ise 15 hastada kırık tespit edildi. Bunların 4’ünde korpus ve 11
ise spinöz proseslerinde kırık tespit edildi. Epileptik nöbet sonrası korpus yaralanması en sık
torakalde ve proses yaralanması ise en sık lomber bölgede görüldü. Çıkan sonuçlar %95
güven aralığında idi, P=
