Öz

The purpose of this study is to share the design process of how a series of educational material within the field of strategic management developed. The main logic behind the study is the idea when the coherence between the students’ learning styles and educational material is ensured, the effectiveness of learning and teaching activities expected to be increased. Design process conducted within this study has been step-by-step described supported by relevant literature. A series of educational videos, 9 episodes encompassing strategic management process as well as strategic alliances, corporate social responsibility and strategic leadership, were designed based on Kolb’s Learning Styles, guided by the ADDIE model, resting upon the empirical material extracted from semistructured interviews and observation

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı stratejik yönetim alanında tasarlanan bir dizi eğitsel
videonun nasıl geliştirildiğini paylaşmaktır. Çalışmanın temel hareket
noktası öğrencilerin öğrenme tarzları ile eğitim amacıyla kullanılan
materyaller arasında uyum sağlandığı hallerde eğitim ve öğretim
faaliyetlerinin daha etkili olacağı yönündeki beklentilerdir. Çalışma
kapsamında yürütülen tasarım süreci, ilgili kavramsal çerçeveyle
desteklenerek, adım adım betimlenmektedir. Tasarım sürecinde Kolb’un
Öğrenme Stili Modeli temel alınmış ve ADDIE modeli rehberliğinde yarı-
yapılandırılmış görüşmeler ve gözlem verilerine dayalı olarak stratejik
yönetim süreci ile stratejik ittifaklar, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk ve
stratejik liderlik konularını kapsayan 9 bölümlük bir eğitsel video serisi
elde edilmiştir.
