The aim of this research is to determine whether the level of satisfaction with the wage has a mediating effect in the relationship between psychological contract violation and intention to leave. In this context, population and sample determined data were collected and analyzed. A questionnaire consisting of four parts was used in the study. In the first part of the questionnaire, questions were prepared to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, in the second part, the psychological contract violation scale, in the third part the turnover intention scale and finally in the fourth part, the wage satisfaction scale was used. The population of the research consists of approximately 400 food industry employees working in Eskişehir / Tepebaşı district center. 121 food industry employees were included and analyzed in the study. This study is a quantitative study. The data collected within the scope of the research were analyzed and interpreted through a package program. In the light of the data collected from the participants, reliability analysis, normality test, frequency analysis, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett's sphericity tests, factor analysis, correlation and regression analyzes were performed in the study. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that both psychological contract violation and wage satisfaction have significant effects on intention to leave. At the same time, it has been determined that psychological contract violation has a significant effect on the level of satisfaction with wages and that wage satisfaction has a mediating effect on the effect of psychological contract violation on turnover intention.
