İnsan Kaynakları Uygulamalarının İş Tatmini ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışlarına Etkisi

Öz

İnsan kaynakları işletmelerin en önemli varlığı ve rekabetteki en önemli silahıdır. Bu yüzden örgütlerde insan kaynaklarına yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen uygulamalar büyük önem taşımaktadır. İnsan kaynakları uygulamalarının örgütsel davranışlar açısından nasıl bir etki oluşturacağı konusundaki merak bu çalışmanın düşünce altyapısını oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları ve iş tatmini hakkında yazın taraması yapılmıştır. Devamında, Kayseri’de faaliyet gösteren 5 büyük ölçekli işletmedeki mavi yakalı çalışanların, insan kaynakları uygulamaları, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları ve iş tatmini ölçeklerindeki ifadelere ne ölçüde katıldıkları sorulmuştur. Elde edilen veri setine uygulanan korelasyon analizinin sonucuna göre insan kaynakları uygulamalarının iş tatmini ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları ile anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü ilişkilerinin bulunduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre insan kaynakları uygulamalarının iş tatmini ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarını pozitif yönde etkilediği görülmüştür.
