Mapping Analysis of Scientific Studies Titled Innovation in Turkic Republics

Öz

The concept of innovation emerges as a phenomenon that is becoming increasingly important in today's business world and society. Innovation plays a vital role for businesses to gain competitive advantage and maintain sustainable competitive advantage. It is observed that innovative ideas and practices are based on the principle of continuous development and help businesses develop. However, innovation; It encourages the economic growth of countries and offers solutions to social problems. Therefore, it is seen as critical for businesses and societies to invest in innovation and encourage innovative thinking. It has been observed that many qualitative and quantitative studies have been conducted during the period when innovation came to the fore. Bibliometric analysis conducted using secondary data in recent years; It is a popular method used to determine the current situation, make comparisons with other fields, and make suggestions for the future. It is seen as a form of research that analyzes the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of text-based materials such as scientific publications and quotations in the literature. This discipline involves measuring, analyzing, and interpreting information in published literature. In this context; in research; In the Turkic Republics, scientific mapping was made based on the concept of "innovation" using VOSviewer program. In the data obtained; An evaluation was made on the number of publications and citations, and co-occurrence, co-authorship and citation analysis were made. In the findings, it was found that the pace of development and change in the Turkic republics was lagging behind, and recommendations and suggestions were made on what should be done in the future.

Türki Cumhuriyetlerde İnovasyon Başlıklı Bilimsel Çalışmaların Haritalama Analizi

Öz

İnovasyon kavramı, günümüz iş dünyasında ve toplumda giderek daha fazla önem kazanan olgu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İnovasyon, işletmelerin rekabet avantajı elde etmeleri ve sürdürülebilir rekabet üstünlüğünü ellerinde tutabilmeleri için hayati bir rol oynamaktadır. İnovatif fikirlerin ve uygulamaların sürekli gelişim ilkesine dayandığı ve işletmelerin gelişimlerine yardımcı olduğu izlenmektedir. Bununla birlikte inovasyon; ülkelerin ekonomik büyümelerini teşvik etmekte ve toplumsal sorunlara da çözümler sunmaktadır. Bu nedenle, işletmelerin ve toplumların inovasyona yatırım yapması ve yenilikçi düşünceyi teşvik etmesi kritik öneme sahip olarak görülmektedir. İnovasyonun bu denli ön plana çıktığı süreçte nitel ve nicel birçok araştırma yapıldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Son yıllarda ikincil veriler kullanılarak yapılan Bibliyometri analizi; içinde bulunulan durumun tespit edilmesi, diğer sahalarla kıyas yapılabilmesi ve geleceğe yönelik önerilerde bulunulabilmesi için kullanılan popüler bir yöntem olarak tercih edilmektedir. Literatürde yer alan bilimsel yayınlar ve alıntılar gibi metin tabanlı materyallerin nicel ve nitel özelliklerini analiz eden bir araştırma biçimi olarak görülmektedir. Bu disiplin, yayımlanmış literatürdeki bilgiyi ölçmeyi, analiz etmeyi ve yorumlamayı içermektedir. Bu bağlamda; araştırmada; Türki Cumhuriyetler’de VOSviewer programı kullanılmak suretiyle “inovasyon” kavramı üzerinden bilimsel haritalama yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerde; yayın ve atıf sayıları üzerine bir değerlendirilme sunularak, birlikte oluşum, ortak yazarlık ve atıf analizi yapılmıştır. Ulaşılan bulgularda Türki cumhuriyetlerde gelişim ve değişim hızının gerisinde kalındığı bulgusuna ulaşılmış, gelecekte yapılması gerekenler üzerine tavsiye ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
