According to the literature of academic research, one of the serious problems which measures the teacher grievances, validity and reliability analyze sconducted an assessment tool developed in Turkish culture and adaptation has not yet been developed or adapted. The purpose of this study is to adapt the Multidimensional Teacher Victimization Scale (MTVS) to Turkish culture developed by Chunyan Yang et al. (2018), which is consiste dof 24 item sand 6 sub-factors. In this study, which was carried out with the data obtained from 361 teachers working in Hilvan district of Şanlıurfa province, as data collectiontools; MTVS and Exposureto Emotional Violence Scale (EEVS) were used. For languagee quivalence, the English and Turkish forms of the scale were applied to 34 English teachers at a certain interval, and it was observed that there was a positive correlation (r=.86, p<0.01) between the score sobtained. A positive correlation (r=0.64, p<0.01) was found between the score sobtained from MTVS and EEVS that were applied to test the criterion validity. To test the construct validity, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) the Barlett sphericity test was found to be χ2=5905.160, p<0.01. According to these results, a six-factor structure was obtained as a result of EFA made with the data identified to be suitable for factor analysis. It was determined that item total correlation values ranged from r=.48 to r=.71 and explained 71.2% of the total variance. The model fit of there sulting structure was tested with CFA and the fit indices (χ2/df =1.5, RMSEA=0.074, RMR=0.083, GFI=0.86, AGFI=0.92, NFI=0.92, NNFI=0, 97, IFI=0.97, CFI=0.97, RFI=0.91) were found to be at a decent level in reliability analysis; Internal consistency parameteras α=0.93, test-retest reliability as r=.93 (p <0.01), split half reliability as r=.83(p <0.01) were determined. According to these findings, it was concluded that MTVS, which was adapted to Turkish culture, is a validand reliable measurement tool in determining teachers' victimization levels. According to the results of the independent sample t-test and one-factor analysis of variance, a positive significant relationship was found between teachers' victimization level sand their educational status, the stage they work at school, their Professional satisfaction levels, their level of relationship with student sand their exposure to violence.
