Leaders in educational institutions have great importance in the process of improving the quality of education programs. A creative leader in education is not only concerned with solving problems, but identifies, identifies, corrects, and prepares a better future for all who receive education. With the creativity of the leaders in the educational institution, the communication system in the educational institution works effectively, all personnel work as a team, mistakes are tolerated, lessons are learned, ideas are freely expressed and a democratic understanding is built. Creative leadership in an educational institution not only increases the quality of the educational environment, but also affects teachers, students and families. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the opinions of teachers about the creative leadership behaviors exhibited by school principals. For this purpose, the research was carried out with the case study method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consists of 12 female 13 male 25 secondary school teachers working in different schools and branches. A semi-structured interview form consisting of five questions was used to collect the research data. In the analysis of the research data, the opinions of the teachers, which emerged by using the content analysis method, were examined in the form of themes and codes. When the research findings are examined, the school principals; It has been concluded that creative leadership characteristics are sufficient individually, being a creative leader increases the success of the school, being a creative leader is welcomed, they do not ignore the environmental factor in reaching the school's goals, and they focus on applying social solutions in solving the problems they encounter.
