Ahi-Order has cultural values that develop the moral and moral aspects of the individual, as well as include the rules that regulate both the business and social life of the individual. These values primarily ensure that the individual has a proper work and social life. Such that, cultural values are transferred from masters to apprentices in business life, ensuring continuity and thus preventing negative situations that may occur in business life. On the other hand, thanks to these values that improve the moral aspect of the individual, the individual also avoids being unfair and unjust towards his customers. Because the religious side of the individual who behaves unfairly and unjustly will be weak, the ahi avoids this behavior. Therefore, it can be said that the individual's ahi-order values and religious aspects are strengthened and he lives accordingly. Akhism emerged in Muslim Turkish Culture and revealed values that regulate social and business life. It is possible to see that Ahi-order values can add meaning to our lives and include current practices. The Ahi community contributes to the cultural development of an organization or individual. The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of moral dissolution in the effect of Ahi-order values on the development culture. The sample of the study consists of artisans and craftsmen in Kayseri city center (n=328). According to the results of the analysis, it was determined that ahi-order values and moral dissolution positively affected the development culture. However, the effect of Ahi-order values on moral dissolution could not be determined. On the other hand, the mediating effect of moral dissolution in the effect of Ahi-order values on the culture of development could not be determined.
