The purpose of this research is to examine the leadership behaviors of university students studying management education. The sample of the research consists of 280 students (152 men, 128 women) who have undergraduate studies in four different departments (Sports Management, Business Administration, Politics and Public Administration and Labor Economics and Industrial Relations) related to management sciences. In this study, “Personal Information Form” was created in order to learn the characteristics of the participants such as gender, age, department and period of education. The Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire (LBDQ), which was adapted by Atar and Özbek (2009), was used as a data collection tool. The results were interpreted at a level of significance of .05 in the 95% confidence interval. The Cronbach's Alpha value calculated for this study was found to be .74. The mean score of the students taken from the scale are as follows: 3.83 in the dimension of initiating structure and 3.74 in the dimension of consideration. There was no statistically significant difference between scores obtained from the dimensions of initiating structure and consideration and gender, age groups and duration of education. There was no significant difference between the department and the level of initiating structure, but there was a significant difference between the level of consideration and the department.
