Algılanan Aşırı Niteliklilik ve İş Tatmini İlişkisinde İyimserliğin Aracı Rolü: İstifa Eden veya Erken Emekli Olan Subaylar Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Öz

Bu çalışmada, algılanan
aşırı niteliklilik ile iş tatmini arasındaki
ilişkinin yönü ve kuvveti ile bu ilişkide iyimserliğin nasıl bir rol oynadığını
ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri (TSK) ve
Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı’ndan (J.Gen.K.lığı) erken emekli olan veya istifa
eden subay statüsündeki personeli içeren 124 kişiden oluşan örneklem üzerinde
gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, kartopu örneklem yöntemi
kullanılarak, elektronik ortamda uygulanan anket tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırma
sonuçlarına göre, algılanan aşırı nitelikliliğin algılanan gelişmeme alt
boyutunun, iş tatmininin iç faktörler alt boyutları üzerinde negatif yönlü bir
etkisinin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca, algılanan aşırı nitelikliliğin algılanan
gelişmeme alt boyutunun iş tatmininin alt boyutlarından iç faktörlerle olan
ilişkisinde iyimserliğin kısmi aracılık rolünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ancak,
algılanan aşırı nitelikliliğin algılanan uyumsuzluk alt boyutunun iş tatmininin
boyutları üzerinde herhangi bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür.
