Açık ve uzaktan öğrenmede öncü kuruluşlar ve stratejik işbirlikleri

Öz

Bu çalışmada, açık ve uzaktan öğrenmeye yön veren öncü kuruluşlar tanıtılmakta ve stratejik işbirliklerinin açık ve uzaktan öğrenme kurumlarına olan etkileri tartışılmaktadır. Yöntem olarak web içerik analizi tekniği kullanılarak, açık ve uzaktan öğrenmede faaliyet gösteren uluslararası, kıtasal, bölgesel, ulusal ve eyalet tabanlı kurum, kuruluş, birlik ve konsorsiyumlar incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, alanında önde gelen kuruluşların genel özellikleri tanıtılmış ve bulgular özet tablolar halinde görselleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca, çalışmada özet bilgisine yer verilmeyen ancak web içerik analizi kapsamında web sayfaları incelenen diğer kuruluşlar da tabloda gösterilmiştir. Bunun yanında, 99 web sitesinde gerçekleştirilen taramalarla açık ve uzaktan öğrenmede stratejik işbirlikleri kurmanın amaçları belirlenerek, temalar ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise, stratejik işbirlikleri ve ortaklıkların en çok hangi ülke, bölge ve kıtalarda yoğunlaştığı ve bu durumun nedenleri tartışılmaktadır.
