Öz

Perkütan vertebroplasti, osteoporotik kompresyon fraktürü veya spinal osteolitik lezyonlara bağlı ağrı ve spinal instabilitede kullanılan basit, rahat ve minimal invaziv bir yöntemdir. Güvenilir bir yöntem olmakla birlikte vertebroplasti sonrası komplikasyonlar görülebilmektedir. Bizim olgumuzda, vertebroplastide kullanılan polimetilmetakrilat sementinperivertebral venöz pleksus aracılığıyla vena kava inferiora migrasyonu ve semente bağlı pulmoner embolinin Bilgisayarlı Tomografi bulguları sunulmaktadır.
