Çalışmada 2007-2013 dönemleri arası AB-27 ülkeleri için gelir yakınsamasının mekansal ekonometrik modeller
yardımıyla tahmin edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Kesit veri analizinde mekan etkisi bulunamamıştır. Panel veri analizinde
mekansal ilişki bulunmuştur ve sonuçlar bu ülkeler için yakınsamanın varlığına işaret etmektedir.
