Öz
The housing sector is highly competitive both in Turkey and worldwide, where the competition is affected by the economic, social and environmental factors. It is inevitable for investors to analyze the factors affecting the sector based rivalry. Five Forces Model is one of the most preferred models in analyzing sector rivalry. Rıvalry conditions in the housing sector in Turkey have been analyzed through the Five Forces Model during the current research and the factors that may guide the investors are determined and presented.

Öz
Konut sektörü hem Türkiye’de hem de dünyada rekabetin ekonomik, sosyal ve çevresel faktörlerden etkilendiği oldukça rekabetçi bir sektördür. Yatırımcıların sektörel rekabeti etkileyen faktörleri analiz etmeleri kaçınılmazdır. Beş Kuvvet Modeli, sektörel rekabetin analizinde en çok tercih edilen modellerden biridir. Bu çalışmada da Türkiye’deki konut sektöründeki rekabet koşulları Beş Güç Modeli aracılığıyla analiz edilmiş ve yatırımcıları yönlendirebilecek faktörler belirlenerek sunulmuştur.
