In the 2013-2014 academic year, the Qur’an course project for the 4-6 age group under the Presidency of Religious Affairs started with a pilot application in 10 provinces and became operational all over Turkey a year later. Some of the teachers who had been serving adults for many years have begun teaching children in early childhood at the age of 4-6 years. This study researches how the instructors perceive the transition process of Qur’an course instructors from adult education to 4-6 years of age. In the study, phenomenological design from qualitative research designs was used. Twenty trainers working in different provinces of Turkey, providing education to the 4-6 age group were interviewed and it was tried to reveal how they evaluated the transition process to 4-6 years. In the process of transition from adult education to child education, it is seen that teachers who are not trained and experienced in pedagogical formation have difficulties in classroom management, transfer of information to the child, and the use of different teaching methods and techniques. However, although it is difficult at the beginning, it is understood that they are trying to do their best to manage the process well over time.
