ÖRGÜTSEL DAVRANIŞ LİTERATÜRÜNDE YENİ BİR PERSPEKTİF: NÖROBİLİM

Öz

Örgütsel davranış çalışmaları farklı disiplinlerden beslenerek gelişimini sürdürmektedir. Bireysel düzeyde incelemeler için psikolojiden, örgütsel düzeyde incelemeler için sosyolojiden veya incelenen değişkenlere göre iki disiplinden de yararlanılmakta ve örgütsel davranış literatürü paradigma dönüşümünü sürdürmektedir. Teknolojik gelişmeler sonucu insan beyninin yakından incelenebilmesiyle elde edilen verilerin davranışların ardındaki gizli kalmış mekanizmaları ortaya çıkarmaya elverişli olması, örgütsel davranış araştırmalarında nörobilimden yararlanmayı gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu çalışma örgütsel davranışın nörobilimle ilişkisini ele almaktadır. Örgütsel davranışlara ilişkin mevcut teorilerin psikoloji ve sosyoloji yanında nörobilim perspektifi ile yeniden değerlendirilmesi, çalışan davranışlarını tahmin etmede eksik parçaların tamamlanmasına ve örgütsel ortamda çalışan davranışlarına ilişkin daha fazla bilgi aktarılmasına katkı sağlayacaktır.
