ÖĞRENME YETENEĞİ, TEKNOLOJİK ÖĞRENME, ÖRGÜTSEL HAFIZA VE FİRMA YENİLİKÇİLİĞİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada öğrenme yeteneği, teknolojik öğrenme, örgütsel hafıza ve firma yenilikçiliği arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Kocaeli’nde faaliyet gösteren firmalarda çalışan 329 KOBİ yöneticisinden anket yoluyla veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma hipotezleri yapısal eşitlik modeli ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, öğrenme yeteneği ile hem teknolojik öğrenmenin hem de örgütsel hafızanın pozitif ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte teknolojik öğrenmenin firma yenilikçiliği ile pozitif ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Son olarak, örgütsel hafıza boyutlarından deklaratif hafızanın firma yenilikçiliği ile pozitif ilişkili olduğu, prosedürel hafıza ile firma yenilikçiliği arasında ise herhangi bir anlamlı ilişki bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEARNING CAPABILITY, TECHNOLOGICAL LEARNING, ORGANIZATIONAL MEMORY AND FIRM INNOVATIVENESS

Öz

In this study, it is aimed to reveal the relationships between learning capability, technological learning, organizational memory, and firm innovativeness. In line with this purpose, data were collected from 329 SME managers working in firms in where Kocaeli through questionnaires. The research hypotheses were tested with the structural equation model. Research findings showed learning capability is positively related to both technological learning and organizational memory. Besides, it was found that technological learning is positively related to firm innovativeness. Finally, it was found that declarative memory, which is one of the dimensions of organizational memory, is positively related to firm innovativeness, but there is no significant relationship between procedural memory and firm innovativeness.
