MALZEME TAŞIMA SİSTEMİ ALTERNATİFLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİNDE BULANIK-PROMETHEE YAKLAŞIMI

Öz

Malzeme taşıma sistemlerinin doğru seçimi, üretim ortamının toplam verimliliği üzerinde önemli etkilere sahiptir. Bu önemli etki göz önüne alındığında, malzeme taşıma sistemi seçimi problemi için sistematik bir yaklaşım geliştirilmesi gerekliliği de görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, söz konusu problem için, çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden biri olan PROMETHEE yaklaşımından faydalanılmıştır. Değerlendirme sürecindeki belirsizlikler ve karar vericilerden değerlendirmelerini sözel olarak almanın kolaylığı nedeniyle bulanık kümelerden faydalanılması uygun görülmüştür. Bu anlamda PROMETHEE’in bulanık sayıların kullanıldığı bir şekli tanıtılmıştır. Kullanılan metodolojinin daha net anlaşılabilmesi ve kullanışlılığının örneklenmesi için üretim sektöründen bir firmanın ambar bölümü için gerçek bir uygulama yapılmıştır.

EVALUATING MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM ALTERNATIVES USING FUZZY-PROMETHEE APPROACH

Öz

Material handling system selection process has an important effect on productivity of manufacturing systems. Considering the importance of this process, it can be seen that there is a necessity to establish a systematic approach. In this study, to determine the best material handling system alternative, PROMETHEE approach is utilized. With the aim of taking into account the vagueness in the evaluation process and obtaining decision maker evaluations in an easier way with linguistic terms, fuzzy sets are utilized. To this end, a modified version of PROMETHEE is used. To foster the better understanding of the methodology, a real life application of a manufacturer is realized
