Abstract. There is a intensive competition in domestic and foreign markets regarding ready mixed concrete production. In this competition, the main reasons forcing establishments are the delivery of the desired product with an adequate quality in timely manner. To achieve this target the following are necessary: exact and correct understading of client needs and expectations and its assessment, correct and exact transmission to correesponding braches of the institution, following appropriate working steps to create process and products, and finally submitting the product to client in an appropriate form. Measuring the quality of a good or service and providing "quality assurance" to customers constitute the basis for the "quality assurance" system. In this study, performing the quality control techniques in the materials supplying and concrete production processes in accordance with TS EN 206-1 is aimed in order to achieve quality perfection in concrete production at ready mixed concrete companies. TS EN 206-1 standard, being valid since March 2004 and repleced with TS 11222, is not yet a wei known standard in the civil construction sector.

KALiTE KONTROL TEKNiKLERiNiN HAZIR BETON URETiMiNDE TS EN 206-1 STANDARDINA GORE GELiŞTiRiLME ESASLARI

Hazrr beton uretirru ..de yurtici ve yurtdisi pazarlarda yogun bir rekabet yasanmaktadir, Bu rekabette kuruluslar acismdan en onemli unsur, istenilen kalitede urun ve hizmeti ilk defasmda, zamanmda ve uygunluk kalitesinde teslim etmektir. Bu hedefi yerine getirebilmek icin; rnusteri ihtiyac ve beklentilerinin tam ve dogru olarak anlasilmasr, degerlendirilmesi, kurulusun ilgili fonksiyonlanna tam ve dogru olarak aktanlmasi, gerekli prosesler ve urunler icin cahsma kriterlerinin, metotIannm izlenmesi, urun ve hizmetin rnusteriye talep ettigi sekilde teslim edilmesi gerekir. "Kalite yonetim sistemi"nin esasi, bir maim veya hizmetin kalitesini olcmek ve rnusterilere "kalite guvencesi" vermektir. Bu ~all~mada, ham beton firmalanmn beton uretimlerinde kalite mUkemmeliyetine erismek icin malzeme temini ve beton uretimi esnasmda standartlann ongordugu kalite kontrol tekniklerinin TS EN 206-1 esaslan dahilinde ortaya konulmasi amaclanrmsnr. Mart 2004 tarihinde yururluge giren TS EN 206-1 standardi, TS 11222'nin yerine konrnustur ve insaat sektorunde henuz tam olarak bilinmemektedir.
