GELECEĞİN İŞ DÜNYASINDA SOSYAL SERMAYE: UZAKTAN ÇALIŞMA VE İŞYERİ BAĞLILIĞI ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

Öz

Bu makale, modern iş ortamlarının dönüşümünde kritik rol oynayan unsurları araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Makalede sunulan değerlendirmeler, uzaktan çalışmanın sosyal sermaye ve işyeri bağlılığı üzerinde çeşitli etkileri olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışma, geleceğin iş dünyasında sosyal sermayenin rolünü ve uzaktan çalışmanın işyeri bağlılığı üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Özellikle, iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmelerin, uzaktan çalışanların işyeri ilişkilerini güçlendirebileceği ve sosyal sermayeyi artırabileceği ön görülmektedir. Araştırmada tarihsel sosyolojik nitel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Geleneksel iş yapış biçimlerinin yerini hızla dijitalleşme ve uzaktan çalışma modellerine bırakmasıyla birlikte, çalışanların birbirleriyle ve organizasyonlarıyla olan bağlarının nasıl şekillendiği kritik bir öneme sahip olmuştur. Makale, sosyal sermaye ve iş yeri bağlılığının geleceğin iş dünyasında kritik roller oynayacağını ortaya koymaktadır. Uzaktan çalışma modeli, bu iki önemli unsur üzerinde karmaşık etkiler yaratmaktadır. İşverenler ve yöneticiler, uzaktan çalışmanın getirdiği zorlukları aşmak ve sosyal sermayeyi korumak için proaktif yaklaşımlar benimsemelidir. Bu, hem çalışan memnuniyetini artıracak hem de organizasyonel performansı iyileştirecektir. Sonuç olarak, bu makale, geleceğin iş dünyasında sosyal sermayenin ve işyeri bağlılığının önemini vurgulamakta ve uzaktan çalışmanın bu kavramlar üzerindeki etkilerini anlamak için bir çerçeve sunmaktadır. Bu araştırma, iş dünyasının değişen dinamikleri hakkında önemli bir anlayış sunarak, ilgili politika ve uygulamalara yol gösterici olabilir.

AN EXAMINATION ON SOCIAL CAPITAL IN THE FUTURE OF WORK: A STUDY ON REMOTE WORK AND WORKPLACE COMMITMENT

Öz

This article aims to investigate the critical elements that play a role in the transformation of modern work environments. The evaluations presented in the article reveal that remote work has various impacts on social capital and workplace commitment. This study aims to examine the role of social capital in the future of the business world and the effects of remote work on workplace commitment. Specifically, it is anticipated that advancements in communication technologies can strengthen workplace relationships and enhance social capital for remote workers. The research employs a historical sociological qualitative method. With traditional work practices rapidly being replaced by digitalization and remote work models, understanding how employees’ connections with each other and their organizations are formed has become crucial. The article demonstrates that social capital and workplace commitment will play critical roles in the future business world. The remote work model creates complex effects on these two essential elements. Employers and managers should adopt proactive approaches to overcome the challenges posed by remote work and preserve social capital. This will increase employee satisfaction and improve organizational performance. In conclusion, this article emphasizes the importance of social capital and workplace commitment in the future of the business world and provides a framework to understand the effects of remote work on these concepts. By offering significant insights into the changing dynamics of the business world, this research can guide relevant policies and practices.
