Multi-criteria decision-making methods analyze the decision-making process in an environment with many interrelated criteria and alternatives. The main purpose is to choose the best alternative or to determine the performance ranking of a given number of alternatives. Decision making is when a decision maker chooses from among often conflicting criteria on a particular issue. These methods guide the decision maker in finding the best solution. In doing so, they compare ideal solutions with non-ideal solutions. The aim of the study is to apply the COPRAS method in the decision making process. A case study has been conducted for this. Western Europe: Current Quality of Life by City Index was used to demonstrate the application. According to the results of the COPRAS method for evaluating the current quality of life by Western European city, the top five cities with the best quality of life are respectively The Hague (Den Haag), Eindhoven, Vienna, Zurich, and Düsseldorf. Sensitivity analysis shows that the results found are reliable. As a result, the COPRAS method provides flexibility to the decision maker in all areas.
