This study was carried out to determine the effect of organizational commitment levels among employees on the trend of intrapreneurship. A total of 240 people working at various levels in the stores of a chain market in Kayseri province operating nationwide constitute the research sample. The research sample was determined according to the simple random sampling method from employees with different characteristics such as age, gender, marital status, educational status. Approximately 80% of the respondents are 30 years of age or younger, 69% are single, and 60% are women. In addition, approximately 57% of the employees are university-educated people. Since the research is a field study, the survey was used as a method of collecting data. Data collected through online platforms were analyzed through SPSS 18 and AMOS 18 programs. Relational scanning method was used in the study and significant correlations were found between the variables. Moreover, it was found that affective commitment and normative commitment, which are sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, have a positive and significant effect on the trend of innovation and risk-taking from the sub-dimensions of intrapreneurship, while the continuance commitment has a positive and significant effect on the trend of autonomy and pro-activity.
