This research, conducted throughout industrial enterprises in Konya, aimed to measure the digital leadership perceptions of employees in terms of generations and other socio-demographic variables. It was analyzed whether the responses differed according to their demographic characteristics. Research data were obtained from employees working in Konya hydraulic, machinery, and metal industry enterprises by using the convenience sampling method. For this purpose, a questionnaire was presented to 400 participants, and for various reasons, only 292 results were used in the analysis. For the purpose of the research, descriptive statistics, normality tests, reliability analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and T-test were performed. While significant differences were found in the perceptions of digital leadership between generations and the educational status of the employees, no meaningful differences were found in the perceptions of digital leadership between employees and managers. No significant difference was found from the questionnaires in the digital leadership perceptions of the participants, who were managers, according to their management level. Significant differences were also found in the digital leadership perceptions of the employees according to the variables of marital status, gender, and working time.
