In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between the narcissistic personality traits of coaches and their education levels. The study group consisted of a total of 202 trainers, 122 of whom were men, 80 of whom were women, working in different branches. In the study, Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) and Personal Information Form, which were adapted into Turkish by Atay (2009), were used. During the analysis process, the T-Test was used to compare paired groups, and ANOVA and Post Hoc Tukey Test were used to compare three or more independent groups. Pearson Correlation analysis was used to reveal the relationship between years of coaching experience and narcissistic personality traits, and a numerical (multi-category) analysis (ETA coefficient) was used to reveal the relationship between coaching seniority, education levels, and narcissistic personality traits. According to the obtained research findings, it was determined that the exploitation feature, which is the sub-dimension of the narcissist personality, is more dominant in women than in men. On the other hand, the claiming right dimension was found to be more dominant in males than in females. There was no statistically significant difference between the years of coaching experience (experience) and narcissistic personality traits. When the ETA coefficient of the coaching seniority and education level was examined, it was found that it was associated with narcissistic personality traits (ETA coefficient greater than 0.138). As a result, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between coaches’ narcissistic personality traits and their education levels.
