The effects of technological developments are felt in business world and in organizational life. The effects of these developments on the employer and the employee, who are the parties to the organizational relationship, differ. Employers want to protect themselves and their organizations from the threats brought by new technological developments and take various measures for this purpose. One of the measures is the electronic monitoring and surveillance carried out in the workplace. However, this can create some legal and ethical problems in terms of privacy of employees, therefore the main purpose of this study is to address the issue of electronic surveillance in the workplace as a legal, organizational and ethical issue and to ensure that the subject is discussed in terms of employees and employers within the scope of Labor Law concepts and organizational dynamics.
