In order for the states to exist since their establishment, they have shown their presence in the international arena by turning to diplomacy and being a party. Diplomacy, in a sense, is based on an agreement between the parties. In the beginning, states established relations with the interlocutor states for a short time by means of ambassadors, and this situation was replaced by permanent ambassadors towards the end of the 17th century.
Since the permanent envoy remained in the center of the state, where he was constantly dealing with, a building was needed for the diplomatic mission, whether it was called the embassy, the embassy or the chancellery. The aim of our study is to create a minimum size list of locations for the foreign mission representation structure based on today's conditions and to contribute to the development of a new architectural interpretation in the context of blending architectural elements from our own architectural culture with the architecture of the country where the Turkish representative will be located, suitable for the climate and geographical conditions of the country. Apart from this, German-Speaking Architects and Turkish architects who were educated in Germany in both the Ottoman and Republican periods were mentioned.
The purpose pursued here is; The aim is not only to touch on the architectural dimension of the historical relationship between the two countries, but also to ensure that it is the subject of research to include other fields.
