On of the important problems of working life of disrimination, especially woman, more than men are excused. The problems that faced in working life are increasing with to be a mother. Deprivation of the various career opportunities of woman due to a specific feature to gender such as being a mother or pregnant, to be employed with low wage levels and lower performance expectations, less preferred in recruitment compared to single and married men and single women are some examples of the discrimination against working mothers. In this study first of all, the concept of discrimination and working mother, forms of disrimination, place in the general disrimination and of disrimination that working mothers have suffered will be evauated and forms of disrimination will bw mentioned that faced by mothers in working life. Afterwards, a bank employee working mothers cases of mothers in two different branche operating in Isparta province, it will be discussed in the negotiations perception of disrimination and performs the response two this discrimination.
