In this study, which was carried out in the context of the relationship between the management of differences and organizational identification among employees, it was aimed to determine the effect of the perceptions of the academic and administrative personnel working at a public university on the management of differences on their organizational identification. In addition, the role of the socio-demographic characteristics of the employees on these two variables was examined. 387 data obtained in this research, which was carried out using the online survey method, were analysed using the SPSS program and the data were interpreted. According to the results, it has been determined that there is a moderate positive relationship between employees' perceptions of all dimensions of diversity management and their organizational identification. In addition, it was determined that there were significant differences between some socio-demographic characteristics (age, education level, staff title and position) of the participants and these two variables.
