Purpose: To investigate the relationship between scapular dyskinesis, grip strength, cervical mobility and temporomandibular joint disorders in individuals with shoulder pain. Material and Methods: 40 individuals (28 women,12 men) were included in this study. All the participants’ sociodemographic data were recorded. Scapular dyskinesis of participants were evaluated with Scapular Assistance Test, cervical range of motion with goniometric measurements, hand strength with Hand Dynamometer, Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) with Fonseca Anamnestic Questionnaire. Results: It was determined that passive joint movements of the cervical region, grip force, neck rotation, and neck lateral flexion to the affected side, neck rotation to the intact side, and Fonseca Anamnestic Questionaire results increased in individuals with shoulder pain with scapular dyskinesis. Conclusion: Our study showed that shoulder pain has effects on scapular dyskinesis, and neck movements, temporomandibular joint, and grip strength. It should also be considered that during the evaluations and treatments of individuals with shoulder pain, the grip force may be affected by the neck, scapula, temporomandibular joint.
