PANDEMİ İŞ YAŞAMI DEĞERLENDİRME ÖLÇEĞİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ: GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı pandemi döneminde bireylerin iş yaşam değerlendirmelerini anlamaya yönelik ölçme aracı geliştirmektir.

Yöntem: Araştırmaya 284 aktif çalışma yaşamı olan birey katılmıştır (193 kadın, 91 erkek).

Sonuçlar: Ölçeğin yapı geçerliğinin sınanması için açımlayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, ölçeğin 18 madde ve 3 alt boyuttan oluştuğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu boyutlar;” iş yaşamı iyi oluş”, “İAK” (iş rollerinin aile rollerine karışması) ve “AİK” (aile rollerinin iş rollerine karışması) olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Ölçeğin tamamı için Cronbach alpha güvenirlik katsayısı .91 iken, iş yaşamı iyi oluş için .95, İAK için .87 ve AİK için .72 olarak bulgulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda geliştirilen ölçeğin pandemi dönemi iş yaşam değerlendirmelerini geçerli ve güvenilir şekilde ölçtüğü ortaya çıkmıştır.
Özgün Değer: Türkiye’de pandemi döneminde iş yaşamını değerlendirmeye yönelik kullanılabilecek özgün bir çalışmadır.

DEVELOPING PANDEMICS WORK LIFE EVALUATION SCALE: THA VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY STUDY

Öz

Objectives: The aim of this study is to develop a measurement tool to understand individuals' work life assessments during the pandemic period

Methods: Total of 284 adults participated in the study (193 female, 91 male).

Results: Exploratory factor analyses has applied in order to determine the consruct validity of the scale. After the exploratory factor analysis, the scale included 18 items and three factors. These factors were labeled as “worklife wellbeing”, work-family conflict, and family work conflict. The Cronbach alpha coefficient for the whole scale was found to be. 91, worklife wellbeing .95, work-familt conflict .87 and family-work conflict . 72. The findings of the study revealed that the scale was a valid and reliable instrument for worklife evaluations during pandemics.
Originality: Can be used for assessing the pandemic period business life in Turkey is an original work. This scale is an original study which can be useful for understanding work life during pandemic period İn Turkey.
