This study examines the relations between employee performance and financial performance which is the service sector and which is applied to hotel management. For this purpose, it was investigated employees' work engagement, whether voice behavior and psychological well-being affect their performance and the link between employee performance and financial performance. The data obtained from the questionnaire applied to hotel staff in Istanbul and Antalya were evaluated by the SPSS program. It has been tried to determine, the employees work engagement, whether voice behavior and psychological well-being affect their performance. After that, it has been tried to find out whether the performance of the employees are related to financial performance and to what extent they are related. Correlation analysis is used to determine the relationship between employee performance and financial performance and the effects of other variables on these performance types were determined by regression analysis. As a result, it has been determined that the relations between financial performance and employee performance should be considered, not the degree of influence of variables on purely financial and employee performance.
