Our age is called the "digital age" and the digital age requires transformation for companies. While companies that can achieve digital transformation continue to survive and succeed, companies that fail this transformation are doomed to disappear. In this study, David ROGERS '"Rules of the Game in Digital Transformation" has been examined in order to make a book criticism from the perspective of Management and Organization. In the author's work; It has classified the steps that companies that want to be successful in the digital age should take in their adaptation processes as strategic 5 areas of digital transformation. These 5 areas are; It was determined as “customers, competition, data, innovation and value” and a road map was drawn up for businesses that want to perform the transformation by discussing each title in detail. This work has a futuristic approach that contains very useful information not only for the digital age we are in, but also for the future. Within the scope of the study, in the introduction section; what the author intended to create the work with, the biography of the author, the other works he brought to the field, the field and the period of the topics covered in the book, and the features of the work in terms of language and expression were discussed. In the analysis and evaluation section, the sections of the book were introduced and evaluated in connection with the perspective of management and organization. In the conclusion and discussion section; The main theme of the work was handled in general and it was evaluated how it relates to management theories and approaches.
