The aim of the study is to examine the expectations of generations Y and Z from business life in terms of demographic characteristics during the COVID-19 process. In this study university students in the X and Y generations, the characteristics of these generations, their experiences, the factors that affect their formation, differences, expectations from business life and the effect of the pandemic were examined by using the quantitative analysis method with literature review. The sample of the study is university students in the Y and Z generations for the analysis part. The data was collectedrom 627 participants using convenience sampling. The study aims to analyze whether students' expectations such as ideal manager, decision-making style, teamwork, institution to work and motivation differ significantly according to various demographic and categorical variables. Independent sample T test and ANOVA were used to examine the hypotheses. Findings showed that students' expectations from business life were significantly affected by demographic characteristics during the COVID-19, therefore, organizations should change and improve their working conditions and corporate cultures according to people in the Y and Z generations.
