The Dark tourism is defined as visiting destinations such as battlefields, cemeteries, monuments and natural disaster sites that bear the traces of the past and history, where tragic events experienced by societies have taken place. It is known that the interest of individuals in dark tourism activities in recent years has been reflected in academic publications. The aim of this study is to examine the scientific documents produced between 1988 and 2022 within the scope of the concept of dark tourism through bibliometric analysis. It is aimed to provide data suitable for the purpose of the study by searching the WOS database with the concept of "Dark Tourism". As a result of the search made through the WOS database with the concept of dark tourism, it was determined that the documents published between 1998-2022 on "Dark Tourism" were 441 different sources and 1393 authors, totaling 919 documents in total. In this study, R software was preferred for bibliometric analysis. The data were analyzed in the Bibliometrix package.
