In this study, an experimental investigation of the contamination and engine washing that occurs during the service process of the T56-A-15 turboprop engine was carried out. The problem of the pollution that occurs and the damage of the materials whose physical strength is weakened as a result of these pollutions are handled in an inherent sense. With the combustion chamber and turbine washing, it is aimed to reduce the damages of the hot zone, to increase the material life and the engine overhaul time. It has been observed that the combustion chamber and turbine washing are also effective in addition to the compressor washing while washing the engine. T56 turboprop engine data Torque, Turbine inlet temperature and performance parameters are analyzed. Thanks to the engine washing done through the fuel nozzles, it was observed that the washing liquid reached the combustion chamber and turbine blades completely, except for the compressor. As a result of the increase in the engine torque value, the engine performance values have increased. Approximately 3.5% improvement was obtained in washing with compressor and fuel nozzles compared to the case without washing. It is thought that the research will be a reference to the engine wash analysis studies to be made in gas turbine engines.
