The relationship of intrapnereurship to organization culture and leadership styles among employees was examined. Organizational culture and leadership, it is seen that they are researching on binary variables such as organizational culture with internal entrepreneurship, leadership with internal entrepreneurship. Interest between these three variables is increasing. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Leadership styles and organization culture on intrapreneurship. In this research, leadership and organizational culture variables are focused on the effect of internal entrepreneurship variable. Within the scope of the research, 154 employees working in SMEs in Izmir were used as sample. In order to test construct validity of the study; factor analysis, correlation analysis were used to measure the severity and direction of the relationship between the variables and regression analysis was used to measure causality between variables. As a result of the research, positive relationships were found between leadership, internal entrepreneurship and organizational culture.
