The aim of this study is to draw attention to global changes and dynamics that Turkey is subject to with other nations. Human mobility, pandemics, natural disasters, climate change, wars, deceleration in energy resources and Industry 4.0 are among them. These dynamics have political, economic, social and organizational effects on the country. The current study presents these environmental forces and the new management paradigms that are offered by the literature to overcome their effects. First, these forces and the global context is summarized, then the new managerial perspectives, leadership styles, manager and employee competencies and qualifications are discussed. The study will humbly contribute the field of management by presenting these new management paradigms and providing a holistic perspective. These new management paradigms can well be utilized in building the future of Turkey.
