Öz
Klorheksidin glukonat, en yaygın olarak kullanılan kavite dezenfektanlarından biridir. Antimikrobiyal özellikleriyle bilinen etkili bir ajan olmasına rağmen, restorasyon bağlanımları üzerindeki etkileri hala araştırılmaktadır.Bu derleme, klorheksidin glukonatın antimikrobiyal etkisini açıklamasının yanı sıra süt dişlerinde restorasyon bağlanımına etkisini literatürdeki mevcut bulgular ve örnek çalışmalar ile açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır.
