Bu araştırmanın amacı örgütsel güven, örgütsel yalnızlık ve örgütsel depresyon değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Bunun yanı sıra örgütsel güven ile örgütsel depresyon ilişkisinde örgütsel yalnızlığın aracılık rolünü tespit etmektir. Veriler kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle Kahramanmaraş ilinde bir tekstil işletmesindeki 305 çalışandan anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular örgütsel güvenin, örgütsel yalnızlık ve örgütsel depresyon üzerinde etkisi olduğunu göstermiştir. Örgütsel güven ile örgütsel depresyon arasında örgütsel yalnızlığın aracılık ettiği bulunmuştur. Bu bulgular ışığında değişkenler arasındaki ilişki ve etkilerin önemi ortaya koyulurken ileriki araştırmalara dair önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The aim of this study is to reveal the relationships between organizational trust, organizational loneliness and organizational depression variables. In addition, it is to determine the mediating role of organizational loneliness in the relationship between organizational trust and organizational depression. The data were collected by a questionnaire form from 305 employees in a textile business in Kahramanmaraş with the convenience sampling method. The findings showed that organizational trust has an effect on organizational loneliness and organizational depression. Organizational loneliness was found to mediate between organizational trust and organizational depression. In the light of these findings, the relationship between the variables and the importance of the effects were revealed, and suggestions were made for future studies.
