Digital Container Transportation: Structural Modeling and Analysis of Barriers

Yıl 2024, Cilt: 9 Sayı: 1, 311 - 331, 30.06.2024

Öz

Digital container shipping is an innovative approach that aims to achieve more efficient, traceable, sustainable, and optimized operational processes in the transportation industry by integrating traditional maritime transportation processes with digital technologies. This study aims to identify the main barriers facing digital container transportation, identify the hierarchical relationships among these barriers, categorize them according to their level of impact dependency, and propose solutions to these barriers. Several solutions were proposed from the perspective of experts to address the barriers identified in the study.

Dijital Konteyner Taşımacılığı: Engellerin Yapısal Modellemesi ve Analizi

Yıl 2024, Cilt: 9 Sayı: 1, 311 - 331, 30.06.2024

Öz

Dijital konteyner taşımacılığı, geleneksel deniz taşımacılığı süreçlerinin dijital teknolojilerle entegre edilmesiyle taşımacılık endüstrisinde daha verimli, izlenebilir, sürdürülebilir ve optimize edilmiş operasyonel süreçlere ulaşılmasını hedefleyen yenilikçi bir yaklaşımdır. Mevcut çalışma kapsamında, dijital konteyner taşımacılığının önündeki temel engellerin ortaya çıkarılarak, engeller arasındaki hiyerarşik ilişkilerin açıklığa kavuşturulması, engellerin etki-bağımlılık düzeylerine göre sınıflandırılması ve engellere ilişkin çözüm önerileri sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Uzman görüşleri perspektifinde, çalışma kapsamında belirlenen engellerin giderilmesine ilişkin çeşitli çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
