Ürün Yeniliği Performansına Etki Eden Değişkenler Üzerine İSO 1000’de Bir Araştırma

Öz

Bu
araştırmanın amacı, öğrenme odaklı örgüt kültürü, formal örgütsel yapı gibi
örgüte ait değişkenler ile işletmelerin faaliyette bulundukları sektördeki
rekabet yoğunluğu ve pazar dalgalanmasını ifade eden ve örgüt dışı bir unsur
olarak araştırmaya dahil edilen çevresel dinamizmin ürün yeniliği performansına
etkisini saptamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda İSO (İstanbul Sanayi Odası) 1000
listesi içinde yer alan 405 üretim işletmesinden 120 tanesinin yöneticilerine
anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS ve SmartPLS yapısal eşitlik
modellemesi programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda öğrenme odaklı
örgüt kültürü, formal örgüt yapısı ve çevresel dinamizmin ürün yeniliği
performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği saptanmıştır.

A Research in ICI 1000 on Variables That Affect Product Innovation Performance

Öz

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of
learning-oriented organizational culture, formal organizational structure and
environmental dynamism on product innovation performance of businesses. For
this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the managers of manufacturing
firms included within the Istanbul (Istanbul Chamber of Industry) 1000 list
(N:120). The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS and SmartPLS structural equation
modeling program. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that
learning-oriented organizational culture, formal organizational structure and
environmental dynamism affect product innovation performance positively.
