This study is to determine the effect of parachute
assisted speed trainings on the speed parameters of soccer players. 20 licenced
soccer players (age 21.76 ± 1.75, 69.04 ± 9.10 kg, height 177.47 ± 4,05)
playing in Turkey Football Federation 2016-2017 season in the regional league
amateur football club 1926 Bulancakspor were included in this study. In our
study; In order to determine the speed parameters of the athletes (Polar Team
Pro v.2.0.), the device was equipped with GPS substructure for 90 minutes.
Then, in addition to routine training programs, 3-day parachute-supported speed
training program was carried out 3 days a week. At the end of 4 weeks, a
competition was held for 90 minutes and the study was terminated. Statistical
evaluations were made on the SPSS 22.0 programme. The values obtained from the
pre-test and post-test were compared statistically by means of Wilcoxon signed
rank test after looking at normality distribution. Speed parameters of the
parachute assisted speed training program applied to the players participating
in the study; (7.00-10.99, 24.00≥ km / h) distance traveled (KEM) (m) values,
maximum speed and sprint number were found to be statistically significant
(p<0.05). Also (3.00-6.99 km / h) KEM (m), (11.00-14.99 km / h) KEM (m),
(15.00-23.99 km / h) KEM (m) values and a significant relationship with the
environment speed values not found (p>0.05). Speed parameters of parachute
assisted speed trainings applied to footballers; sprint number, maximum speed
and (7.00-10.99, 24.00≥km / h) KEM (m) values significantly, speed to the
environment, (3.00-6.99, 11.00-14.99, 15.00-23.99 km / h) KEM (m) values if
there is no effect.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, futbolculara uygulanan paraşüt
destekli hız antrenmanlarının, müsabaka hız parametreleri üzerine etkisinin
belirlenmesidir.
futbolculara uygulanan paraşüt destekli hız antrenman programının, hız parametrelerinden;
(p<0.05). Ayrıca (3.00-6.99 km/h) KEM (m), (11.00-14.99 km/h) KEM (m),
(15.00-23.99 km/h) KEM (m) değerlerine ve ortama hız değerlerine istatistiksel
olarak anlamlı düzeyde etki etmediği tespit edilememiştir (p>0.05).
Futbolculara uygulanan paraşüt destekli hız antrenmanlarının, hız parametrelerinden;
sprint sayısı, maksimum hız ve (7.00-10.99, 24.00≥km/h) KEM (m) değerlerini
önemli ölçüde arttırdığını, ortama hız, (3.00-6.99, 11.00-14.99, 15.00-23.99
km/h) KEM (m) değerlerinde ise etkisi olmadığı söylenebilir.
