The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of 6-week kettlebell training on the static and dynamic balance characteristics of female football players. Actively playing in Turkey Women's Football 1st League (age: 21.01 ±00 years, height: 164.66 ± 66 cm, body weight: 57.93 ±33 kg, sports age: 11.86 ±66 years) were included in the study. 15 female football players participated voluntarily. Participants applied the 6-week kettlebell training program three days a week regularly. While the Y Balance balance test was applied for the dynamic balance measurement of the female football players participating in the research, the static balance test measurement was measured with the Flamingo balance test. For the tests, the test measurement was made by touching the balance bar and using a 0.01 precision stopwatch. For the analysis of the research data, the SPSS 22.0 package program was used, and the Wilcoxon test was applied for the measurement analysis. The significance value of the analysis results was accepted as (p<0.05). In the light of the data of the study, it was observed that there was a statistically significant difference according to the results of Y balance balance test and Flamingo balance test as a result of the pre-test and post-test of the 6-week kettlebell training program (p<0.05). According to the results of the research, it was concluded that the 6-week kettlebell training had an effect on the static and dynamic balance parameters of female football players.
