The aim of this study is to analyse the relationship between sport injury anxiety levels and multi domain decisiveness of football players participating in university games. The sample of the research consists of 290 football players, 197 men and 93 women, from the football teams participating in the inter-university 2nd League competitions held in the provinces of Antalya and Istanbul in the 2019-2020 academic year. “Personal Information Form” prepared by the researcher, “Sport Injury Anxiety Scale” adapted into Turkish by Caz et al., (2018) and “Multi Domain Decisiveness Scale” adapted into Turkish by Sarı (2010) were used in the study as data collection tools. In data analysis, Student t-test was used for the comparison of two independent groups, while one way ANOVA and Tukey multiple comparison test were used in the comparison of more than two groups. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyse the relationship between sport injury anxiety and multi domain decisiveness of students. As a result of the study, in sport injury anxiety scores, significant differences were found in the subscales of loss of athleticism, experiencing pain and loss of social support in terms of the variable of the purpose of doing sport (p>0,05). In multi domain decisiveness scores, significant differences were found in the subscale of easiness choice of social relations in terms of the variable of department (p>0,05). Positive low relationship was found between football players’ letting down important others (p<.05; r=0.139) and reinjury subscales (p<.05; r=0.119) and multi domain decisiveness. It can be said that this is an indicator of football players’ thoughts of letting down others and reinjury that may occur in the future with injury anxiety and that they will continue their attitudes they show in the game area and their immediate circle. Therefore, it may be right for football players to get support from sports psychologists to increase the sense of determination that develops against injury anxiety.
