Öznel Kariyer Başarısı Yazınının Bibliyometrik Bir Analizi

Öz

Çalışmada, bibliyometrik analizler kullanarak öznel kariyer başarısı alanında yapılmış makalelerin genel görünümünü ortaya koymak, bu alandaki boşlukları belirlemek ve ilgili yazına yönelik bütüncül bir resim ortaya koymak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Scopus veri tabanındaki makaleler üzerinden bibliyometrik bir araştırma yürütülmüştür. Bu kapsamda 1973-2021 yılları arasında yayımlanan 493 makale, VOSviewer paket programını kullanarak performans analizi ve bilimsel haritalama analizi gibi bibliyometrik analiz teknikleriyle incelenmiştir. Performans analizi sonucunda konuya olan ilginin 2007 yılından itibaren belirgin şekilde artmaya başladığı, İşletme, Yönetim ve Sosyal Bilimlerin yanında Tıp ve Psikoloji gibi farklı disiplinlerden araştırmacılar tarafından çalışmalara konu olduğu görülmüştür. J. W. Lounsbury’nin en üretken yazar, Mayo Clinic ve Harvard Medical School’un en üretken kurumlar, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nin (ABD) ise en üretken ülke olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Shanafelt, T. D. vd.nin (2009) “Burnout and career satisfaction among American surgeons” isimli makalesi, Journal of Vocational Behavior dergisi ve ABD en fazla atıf alarak alandaki en etkili makale, dergi ve ülke olmuştur. Bilimsel haritalama analizi sonucunda, “kariyer tatmini” kavramı araştırmacılar tarafından en sık tekrarlanan kelime olmuştur. Judge T. A. toplam bağlantı gücü açısından en fazla ortak-atıf alan yazardır. ABD en fazla sayıda ortak-yazarlığa sahip ülkedir. Makale kaynakçaları arasındaki ilişkiler bağlamında Ng T.W.H. (2014) toplam bağlantı gücü açısından öne çıkmıştır.
