In today’s world, which is increasingly digital and moving away from the rules as well as classical war techniques, ethical analyzes and questions regarding the use of technology is behind the speed of use. The use of Armed Unmanned Aircraft has increased exponentially in the recent years, and this trend is likely to continue for the foreseeable future. But with this increased use has brought increased controversy, in particular closer scrutiny of ethical dimensions of the use of armed aircraft with artificial intelligence. The ethical use of artificial intelligence in Armed Unmanned Aircraft is one of the issues that needs discussion. In the study, ethical problems arising from the use of armed unmanned aerial vehicles with artificial intelligence in the military field were examined. The long-term possible consequences of the subject examined in the context of the just war theory and normative ethics are evaluated.
