Yaratıcı Sanatların Psikolojik Danışmada Kullanımına Genel Bir Bakış

Öz

Yaratıcılığın ve yaratıcı sanat etkinliklerinin psikolojik danışmada iyileştirici ve önleyici amaçlarla kullanılması son yıllarda gündeme gelen bir konudur. Bu tür etkinlikler psikolojik danışma sürecine esneklik kazandırma ve süreç içerisinde danışanların kendilerini ifade etme yollarını zenginleştirme işlevi taşır. Bu çalışmanın amacı yaratıcı sanatların psikolojik danışmada kullanımının gereğine ve önemine dikkat çekmektir. Bu amaçla çalışmada yaratıcı sanatlar ve psikolojik danışma bağlantısı; yaratıcı sanatların psikolojik danışmada kullanımının tarihsel gelişimi, kapsam ve özellikleri ve alanda yapılan uygulama ve araştırmalar incelenmiş; yaratıcı sanatların psikolojik danışma sürecinde kullanılmasının sınırlılıkları tartışılmış ve ileride konu ile ilgili yapılacak araştırma ve uygulamalar için öneriler sunulmuştur.
