A new process has already begun in Germany, in which the society accepts the migration phenomenon and through this acceptance -- also the multiculturalism within the society.
Although the new process has just started reshaping social reality, with some segments o f the German society still defending the idea of homogeneous nation-state principles, a new conciousness -- especially in the big cities -- has been developing, highlighting the normality of multiculturalism and multi-religious aspect ofsociety. In this respect, the role of Turkey in the integration ofMuslims into German society, is also increasing.
