Öz
Bu çalışmada sonlu elemanlar
metodu kullanılarak derin-çekme işlemlerinde buruşma davranımları elde
edilmiştir. Dört nodlu, beş serbestlik derecesine sahip olan bir kabuk elemanı
formüle edilmiştir ve Von Mises akma kriteri ile izotropik, elasto-plastik
malzeme modeli kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen yazılım ile bu kabuk elemanını
kullanarak parçanın membran davranışlarının yanında bükülme davranışları da
elde edilmiştir. Dört farklı eleman boyu ve iki farklı şekil (yuvarlak ve
dikdörtgen) için benzeşimler yapılmış ve elde edilen kalınlık ve nod deplasmanı
dağılımları ticari bir sonlu eleman programının ve önceden gerçekleştirilmiş
deneylerin sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırılmıştır.
